Charlotte Nash to Speak at Our June Breakfast

Qualifying of candidates for the 2012 elections is over, and County Commission Chair Charlotte Nash faces no opposition going into November. We are honored to have Chairman Nash speak at our June 2nd breakfast at 550 Trackside in Lawrenceville.

Chairman Nash was elected in March, 2011 to fill the remainder of Charles Bannister’s term as Commission Chair. Since her election, she has balanced the county’s budget in 2011 and 2012, and has pushed for increased ethics reform for the Commission. Charlotte is a native Gwinnettian, and previously served as Gwinnett County Administrator and Director of Finance.

In addition to hearing from Chairman Nash, we’ll have plenty of time for our newly qualified candidates to introduce themselves to party members.

We start serving breakfast for just $8 or coffee and juice for $2 at 7:45 AM, allowing plenty of time for networking before the program at 8:30. Our breakfasts are held at 550 Trackside, 550 North Clayton Street in Lawrenceville. Everyone is welcome, even if you want to skip breakfast, and we hope to see you there.
